In this beginner level skill level class, participants will build core strength, upper body strength, and body awareness as they learn the basics of executing tumbling skills such as bridges, rolls and tucks, handstands, cartwheels, one-handcart wheels, round offs. The transition to learning a new skill is dependent on the progress of the participant. Some attire may be required.
