Pre-K4 / Kinder-1st / 2nd-3rd / 4th-5th / 6th Grade

*Must Provide Proof of School Attending*
*Pre-K4 Registrations in person ONLY*
Participants are placed on teams by schools. If school does not have enough participants, they will be placed on a neighboring school team. If false information is provided on registration form, staff will place child in respective school team.
Please make sure you stop by Parks & Rec to submit all of the proper paperwork which includes a physical copy of the proof of school. If not, your registration will be incomplete and the participant won't be eligible to play.
